GOOD TO KNOW
Pricing questions, answered
What if I only have one bag?
The €29 base transfer covers one or two bags. It includes pickup, transfer and handover.
How much are additional bags?
Each bag after the two included costs €12. For example, 3 bags cost €41 and 4 bags cost €53.
Does this calculator check my address?
No. Check your address and available windows during booking. Delivery is offered to CDG, listed train stations and eligible addresses within 15 km by road; listed stations are exempt from that distance limit.
What about oversized or special luggage?
Standard bags must be no larger than 83 × 55 × 35 cm and no heavier than 32 kg each. Contact us before booking oversized, fragile or special items so we can confirm acceptance and any separate price.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Contact us with your booking reference. Modification, cancellation and refund conditions are set out in our Terms & Conditions.
